Privacy Policy
NuraMoves is a personal coaching practice operated by Nura Muhammad at brandnu.body. This page explains what information this site collects when you use it, who else receives that information, and how you can request that it be removed.
What we collect and when
We only collect information you actively provide by filling out a form. We do not collect information by tracking your activity on the site.
Contact form — If you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, the inquiry type you select, and the message you write.
Waitlist forms — If you join the online coaching waitlist, we collect your email address and a note of which page you signed up from.
Training application — If you submit a coaching application, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), Instagram handle (optional), location, and your answers to the application questions. Those questions ask about your movement history, what you’re looking for support with, what gets in the way, your timeline, your budget range for coaching, and anything else you choose to share in the open-text fields.
How we use this information
We use what you submit to respond to your message, follow up on your application, or reach out when online coaching becomes available. We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell it or share it with anyone other than the services described below.
Formspree
All forms on this site are processed by Formspree, a third-party form handling service. When you submit any form, your information is transmitted to and stored on Formspree’s servers. We access your submission through the Formspree dashboard. Formspree’s own privacy policy describes how they handle and retain that data.
Google Fonts
This site loads fonts from Google’s servers (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser loads any page on this site, it makes a request to Google to download the font files. That request may include your IP address and browser information. We do not control what Google does with that data. Google’s privacy policy applies to those requests.
Browser storage
If you start but do not finish the training application, your progress is saved in your browser’s local storage. This is stored only on your device and is not transmitted anywhere until you submit the form. When you successfully submit, it is cleared automatically. If you do not submit, it remains on your device until your browser clears it or you manually clear your browser’s local storage.
What we do not use
This site does not use analytics software, advertising trackers, session recording tools, or cookies set by NuraMoves.
Retention and deletion
We keep form submissions for as long as they are relevant to our coaching practice. If you would like your information removed, email nuramoves@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly. Note that we can only delete what is held on our end — Formspree’s retention of your data is governed by their own policy.
